Many of our delegates are at the earlier stages of their careers, so we make every effort to keep registration costs as low as possible. We rely on the commitment of our members and colleagues who personally organise this joint meeting for the first time in Australia, and the generous support of organisations in Australia and abroad.

Support from our sponsors will enable us to substantially reduce attendance costs and deliver a high-quality, successful event. Most of our expenses relate to logistics and the support for invited speakers and students, such as travel and accommodation.

Our sponsors are prominently featured on our website, posters, and other promotional materials for the Congress. We also provide the opportunity to support named sessions including those for speakers, in-person networking events like coffee breaks or conference dinner, and other in-kind contributions that may resonate with your organisation. Catering at the exhibition booths provides fantastic networking opportunities throughout each day.
